Our programs are less than 1/4 of what a vocational or traditional 2 to 4 year college would charge in tuition. Our European Style Apprentice Programs provide everything our apprentices need for success in their careers. There are no extra classes that don’t pertain to the end result of becoming successful in their careers. This reduces time and money on behalf of our apprentices and gets them working in their Skilled Trade as soon as possible.
At a 1/4 or less of the cost of traditional 2 to 4 year colleges, 327 Career Center’s Apprenticeship and training programs are jam packed with added value beyond the classroom. Our programs are state of the art, recognized and approved nationally. Students are not bogged down with extra course work unrelated to their fields. Our academics are on point and relevant to what students need to be successful in their Skilled Trade Profession. We place our apprentices with employer partners for their practical training. This is a key part of our training program and one huge benefit to training with us as opposed to college models in which practical training happens in labs.
OUR EMPLOYER PARTNERS & CAREER COACHES
What sets us apart from any technical school or college is that our apprentices work with employer partners to learn their practical skills required for certification. Our employer partners are an extension of our classroom and all practical skills, assessments and monitoring are managed by our career coaches to ensure the apprentices fully complete their requirements for certification. There is nothing comparable to real life, hands on training with our qualified employer partners. A classroom lab just doesn’t offer this style of training !!!
Our employer partners tell us that our PACT Programs are on point and meet their demands as we deliver the exact curriculum needed for their industries. Therefore PACT Graduates have a huge advantage over a student with an associate’s degree as they possess the valuable practical skills the employer partners are looking for.
Our state of the art, comprehensive “WORK ESSENTIAL & LIFE SKILLS TRAINING” give you a “WINNING EDGE” with employers.
Apprentices are paid while they are learning and working with our employer partners and all their work is supervised by our instructors / career coaches who continue to coach and guide them while making sure they have accomplished all tasks needed for their certifications and graduation.
Upon graduation from our Pre-Apprenticeships to a Full Registered Apprenticeship, apprentices receive an automatic pay increase and these pay increases continue throughout the Full Registered Apprenticeship.
POST GRADUATE SUPPORT
Upon graduation, we assist our apprentices with their career opportunities. Most apprentices continue training with the same employer partner in one of our Full Registered Apprenticeship Programs. We ensure all academic and practical assessments and tasks are completed so apprentices reach their final goal and achieve their journeymen certifications.
All of our apprenticeship programs are designed to work together and are stackable. Students do not need to retake portions or have missing credentials when they transfer from our PACT (Pre-Apprenticeship) to their Full Registered Apprenticeships.
Most of our apprentices continue training with us in a Full Registered Apprenticeship Program to become a journeyman in their trade and work towards their state license.
The PACT, Pre-Apprenticeship Certification Training Programs are the foundation needed to enter into our Full Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Apprentices receive a FULL 6 MONTHS CREDIT towards a Full Registered Apprenticeship Program for completing their PACT Program.
Our programs are recognized and certified through the DOL (Department of Labor) and THE NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) nationally.
Our partnership with The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association (HBA) members in the areas we serve, allows us to train and certify tomorrow’s tradesmen and has led to the creation of new Apprenticeship Programs designed to specifically support business owners in the building and construction industry.
Our graduates are certified throughout the United States, making relocating a breeze.

Our programs are a win / win for both the apprentices seeking a fabulous career in the trades and for our employer partners seeking the next generation of skilled trade professionals. Many of our employer partners are in short supply of skilled trade professionals and take on several apprentices from our programs as the demand is so high. Advancement opportunities are ENDLESS !!!
Our state of the art, instructor led LMS (Learning Management System) allows students to complete their academic training from the comfort of their home if necessary.
The recent Covid-19 Pandemic taught us all that we need to be able to adapt during tough times and have a PLAN B in place in order to continue education and training at any age or level, no matter what.
Whether at home or in one of our traditional classrooms, our instructor led LMS guides students through each unit / course and class in a controlled environment, ensuring that they still receive all support and help needed to complete their academic coursework which results in students achieving their certifications upon graduation without any downtime.
